Every night for the last few weeks, we noticed our bird/squirrel feeder had been raided. It hung a little lower to the ground that the other bird feeder, so one night we were up late and caught him in the act.
I quickly turned on the backyard flood light and there he was standing on his hind legs using his front paws to create the pressure needed to pull the feeder downwards so he could snack. It was filled with sunflower seeds which I didn't realize a raccoon would like.
I soon discovered they are simply opportunists and everything is on the menu! He didn't even bother to run, just kept eating!
I have created this artwork, using a “dip pen” and permanent ink, and then a wash with watercolor paint, using XL CANSON 140lb watercolor paper.
It will be mounted behind an 8 x 10 inch white acid free mat border using removable acid free photo tape and a backing board ready to frame in a standard sized frame.
I have signed the painting, and the price includes free traceable shipping within United State and Canada. Overseas customers please contact me first.
